General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of SOMEDI Nettetal e.V.

 

§1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all members and users of the SOMEDI Nettetal e.V. website as well as to all association transactions and activities.

 

§2 Purpose of the association

SOMEDI Nettetal e.V. is a non-profit aid organisation with the aim of supporting people in need through educational and medical projects.

 

§3 Membership

 

Membership of the association is open to natural persons who support the aims of the association.

 

Members pay a regular monthly contribution, the amount of which is specified in the membership regulations.

 

All members work on a voluntary basis and bear their own costs.

 

§4 Rights and obligations of members

 

Members have the right to participate in association activities and to submit proposals for projects.

 

Members undertake to promote the objectives of the association, to pay the monthly contribution regularly and to carry out their voluntary activities conscientiously.

 

§5 Contributions and payments

 

The monthly membership fee is payable on a regular basis.

 

All other costs incurred in connection with membership or voluntary activities are to be borne by the members themselves.

 

§6 Termination of membership

 

Membership can be terminated by written notice.

 

Contributions already paid will not be refunded.
